DESCRIPTION:The 7th OECD World Forum on Wellbeing will bring together exper
 ts\, practitioners and thought leaders to strengthen approaches for centri
 ng multidimensional well-being in policy\, measurement\, and societal acti
 on.\n\nTaking place in person in Rome on the 4-6 November 2024\, and marki
 ng the 20th anniversary since the 1st OECD World Forum on Statistics\, Kno
 wledge and Policy\, it will be an essential event for advancing knowledge\
 , building connections\, and spurring action for inclusive\, sustainable w
 ell-being.\n\nThis edition of the OECD World Forum is being co-organised w
 ith the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance\, with the collaboration o
 f ISTAT\, the Italian National Statistical Institute\, and the support of 
 the Bank of Italy. It is one of the events being organised under the Itali
 an Presidency of the G7.\nCentring inclusive wellbeing in climate change a
 ction\n5 November 2024\, 14:30-16:00 CET\, Sala Sinopoli\n\nExecutive Chai
 r of Earth4All and Co-President of The Club of Rome Sandrine Dixson-Declè
 ve will participate in the roundtable “Centring inclusive wellbeing in c
 limate change action”. Systematically putting people’s well-being at t
 he centre of decision-making is key to creating the social and political s
 upport needed for more ambitious climate action\, and for achieving a ‘j
 ust transition’ to low-carbon\, environmentally sustainable societies. T
 his session will address the value of addressing climate action through a 
 broader well-being lens\, and through more comprehensive action across sec
 tors\, in line with the Italian G7 priorities for 2024.
