DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Prime Minister of Iceland\, Bjarni Benediktsson\,
  and the Minister of Health\, Willum Þór Þórsson\, the Wellbeing Econo
 my Forum is a key part of the Joint Action Prevent Non-Communicable Diseas
 es (JA PreventNCD) project\, co-funded by the Health Programme of the Euro
 pean Union. it will take place on 11-12 June 2024 in Reykjavik\, Iceland.
 \n\nThe Forum advocates for an economic system that operates within safe e
 nvironmental limits and prioritises the collective wellbeing of current an
 d future generations. The forum will bring together politicians\, policyma
 kers\, business leaders\, academics\, and practitioners from around the wo
 rld to foster dialogue and collaboration on the Wellbeing Economy framewor
 k.\n\nMembers of the Club of Rome including Co-President Sandrine Dixson-D
 eclève\, Vala Kristín Ragnarsdottir\, Katherine Trebeck\, and Lorenzo Fi
 oramonti\, will engage in discussions on integrating wellbeing priorities 
 into public budgeting\, exploring the nexus between health and prosperity\
 , and addressing global health challenges. The forum aims to create sustai
 nable wellbeing for all\, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Deve
