Bardolia, Rushank

Rushank Bardolia is an economist and climate entrepreneur dedicated to building equitable and regenerative food and energy systems in low and middle-income countries. He is the founder and CEO of Green Earth Agro, a pioneering agribusiness based in Ghana that champions sustainable agriculture, circular economy solutions and inclusive rural development.

Bardolia brings over 15 years of international experience across Asia, Europe and Africa, blending financial expertise with grassroots execution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master’s in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics and a second Master’s in Finance and Economics from the University of Luxembourg.

With a unique ability to navigate both systems and soil, Bardolia is passionate about redesigning global development pathways through collaboration, innovation and climate resilience. He serves on multiple impact-driven boards and contributes to international conversations on sustainability, social justice and regenerative futures.
