Silvia is a writer, philosopher and lecturer.
Selected as an outstanding woman of national history by the Dictionary of Argentinean Women, she leads cultural dialogues and directs international initiatives on beauty, peace and sustainability.
Carlos brings 30+ years’ expertise in research, innovation, entrepreneurship and business leadership. He leads the organisation’s operations and is passionate about cultural transformation for equitable wellbeing and a healthy biosphere, he serves on global advisory boards and founded the Innaxis Foundation.
Content and Programmes
Till Kellerhoff is a published author focused on systems change, political economy and socio-ecological transformation. He oversees programmatic implementation across the organisation and is also Director of the Earth4All initiative. He co-authored Tax the Rich and Earth4All Deutschland (both 2024).

Nolita is a chemical engineer and social entrepreneur specialising in systemic change management. She advises international NGOs on regenerative innovation, holds an Allan Gray Orbis Fellowship, and is pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Humanities

Tom is an expert in sustainable finance policy with a background in stakeholder engagement, EU financial reform and systems transformation. He leads efforts to transform financial and economic systems toward resource‑efficient and equitable models that promote planetary wellbeing and support a just transition.

Raad has a development sector background, advancing sustainability and social justice through research, programme coordination and cross-cultural engagement. She holds a BA in Economics from BRAC University and two Master’s degrees from KU Leuven in Social and Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies.
Platform, Engagement and Communications
With over 18 years of experience across corporate, academic, and non-profit sectors, Philippa specialises in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and improving organisational efficiencies. She holds a BSc in Mathematics from King’s College London and an MBA from Modul University, Vienna.
Fran is a communications specialist with twelve years of experience across a range of international associations, non-profits and community networks focusing on social, economic and environmental sustainability.
With expertise in content production, project management and stakeholder engagement, Pavithra has spent 6 years working in science communication, marketing and internal communications. She holds a BA in English, Journalism and Psychology from St Joseph's University and an MSc in Cognitive Science from IIT Gandhinagar.
Trained in broadcasting as a live multi camera television producer and director, Robyn– Anne lives in Cape Town where she was Exhibition and International Trade Manager at the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She provides executive assistance to the co-presidents and secretary general and supports events for The Club of Rome.
Patricia is a skilled polyglot who works closely with both the organisational team and members worldwide, ensuring smooth operations and providing cohesion that enables the organisation to function effectively.
Martin is a Swiss Certified Accountant with 30+ years in auditing and advisory, supporting SMEs, listed companies and non-profits across industries. He has held leadership roles with EXPERTsuisse, authored publications, spoken at conferences and advanced auditor education through internal and external training
