Senne, Lebogang

Lebogang Senne is a purpose-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning standard-setting, regulation, stakeholder engagement and governance. She has held senior roles at the IFRS Foundation and the Pan African Federation of Accountants, where she played a key role in advancing the adoption and contextualisation of international ethics, assurance, financial and sustainability reporting standards across Africa. 

A chartered accountant (SA) and MBA graduate, Senne brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to her work—whether advising regulators, shaping multilateral initiatives or guiding inclusive transformation. She contributes her expertise in oversight, ethics and accountability through various public sector governance structures, including board and audit committee roles. As a global speaker, consultant and advisor, Senne is committed to lifting underrepresented voices and building systems that reflect both global standards and local realities.
